Support Team Volunteer
What's the Support Team?
The Support team are a wonderful group of people who come into our office in Knebworth, Hertfordshire, to work alongside the staff team.
The Support team tend to be organisers with a keen attention to detail, and what a great help they are to us.
It’s lovely for staff to have volunteers in the office, because we get to hear what inspires you about the mission and we meet some new people!
What would I be doing?
Giving time to help with the post, sorting out letters we send to people and the ones we receive from people.
Organising and sorting our resources, including fundraising packs
Basic computer work for which we give full training and ongoing support
Possibly making phone calls to our supporters and answering the telephone calls.
Working alongside our Fundraising, Marketing, Supporter Services, Publishing and Digital teams with their current projects
Anything else where we might need an extra pair of willing hands.
How much of my time is involved?
As much as you want to give. Time is precious so we make charity volunteering for the School of Prayer convenient for you, so that you can enjoy every moment.
The Support team typically come in for a day a week, but we’re open to any suggestions.
What’s in it for me?
By joining the RCCG School of Prayer volunteer team, you’ll be using your skills and experience to offer the Biblical prayer course to the world. You’ll be part of a great team, and we hope you’ll enjoy working alongside people who share this mission.
